In September, I visited Siena in Italy to attend the ECREA Radio Conference, where I gave a paper about the role of social value within public policy for community media and social development in the UK. Apart from having a chance to catch up with colleagues that I’ve not seen for some time, I also was able to visit the city and find out what its like.
